Day 1:Meet and greet at Entebbe Airport and transfer to hotel for the night.
Dinner and Overnight at chosen accommodation
Day 2:Meet and greet at hotel and take whole day bird watching around Entebbe area, the botanical gardens where a variety of birds are e.g. orange weaver, a variety of sunbirds, weavers, some water birds and time allowing Lutembe beach for Black herons and a variety of terns, gulls and other water birds.
Dinner and Overnight at chosen accommodation
Day 3:We go to Mabamba Swamp for shoe bill stork and other water birds ,then proceed on to Lake Mburo.................
UGANDA SAFARIS & HIKING:GARAMA CAVES AND BIRD WATCHING TOURS
Day 1:Meet and greet at respective accommodations and then drive southwest to Mashing National Park via Mbarara. There will be a brief stop over at the Equator for photographs and in Mbarara for Lunch.
Dinner and overnight at accommodation of your choice.
Day 2:Visit the Garama caves in the morning where the Batwa (who were warriors) once lived and fought their neighbors, the Bantu. Your guide will explain how the Batwa lived and fought in this cave. The cave is 342 metres in length and 14 metres deep and is now inhabited only by bats. hiking to and from the cave passes through montane woodland, with plenty of opportunity to enjoy the scenery or watch birds...........

After an early breakfast depart for Lake Mburo perhaps the best place in Uganda to find African fin foot and most of the papyrus endemics. Common birds in this habitat which is dominated by tall grass savannah dotted with Acacia and Euphorbia trees, dense thorn thickets along water courses are crested francolin, emerald –spotted wood dove, brown parrot, bare-faced go-away –bird, blue-naped mouse bird, lilac-breasted roller, green wood hoopoe among others which can be encountered whilst driving towards rwonyo camp, the park headquaters. We bird as we drive in and enjoy game viewing as well. birding along the Zebra tracks will enable us see species such as Coqui Francolin, Red- naked spirfowl, black bellied bustard, African wattled Plover and so many others. Early morning breakfast and we depart for Budongo forest. We bird the royal mile in the morning and continue with bird watching the Busingiro area in the afternoon. This area offers one of Uganda’s forest birds.Species here include African dwarf, blue-breasted and chocolate-backed kingfishers, Cassin’s hawk eagle, Nahan’s francolin, white-thighed hornbill, yellow-billed barbet, lemon-billed crombec, black-capped apalis, forest flycatcher, yellow-footed flycatcher and Jameson’s wattle eye. Various monkeys may also be sighted..............
